Very clean, w/d in unit, close to the hospital and undergrad campus, large closets, ample free parking. A nice apartment for someone who needs a place for the summer! Due to covid-19 it might be better to have a virtual tour if interested. I will be leaving the Apt at the end of May and need a sub-leaser for June, July, or both. I just don't want to pay full rent while not living there so am willing to split the cost of rent (you pay $375). Tenant would pay electricity and internet (can discuss this).
