First month's rent (can be prorated for the month you move in), last month's rent, and security deposit ($500) due at move in. Rent is due on the 1st every month. The accounts are maintained in the owner/landlord's name for ease of renting. Absolutely no smoking inside whatsoever. Cigarettes are a hard no inside or outside. No pets please. Parking is first come first serve in the driveway, with plenty of additional street parking always available right out front of the entrance. Lease length is one year.
