I even have pool noodles! Jamestown Condominiums is practically across the street from the beach...location, location location! It's literally a 2 minute walk and you can see the sunrise or get a first row seat to watch the shuttles go off from the beach! Only 45 minutes to Disney World and all the attractions, 30 minutes to Port Canaveral to take a cruise and only 10 miles to famous Cocoa Beach. I call this place a hidden gem because it's in a quiet and safe area with many things to do. An animal may be allowed but a conversation is necessary in advance. Owner pays for water, heating cost (not electric), cable tv, internet, garbage and maintenance fees for pool & lawn. Renter required to pass credit / background check and provide references. Renter will be required to evacuate premises within 24 hours if any criminal activities or serious issues take place. Renter's insurance for personal belongings will be tenant's responsibility as owner accepts no responsibility for personal loss.
