We are a smoke-free community, we do allow pets, please inquire on breed restrictions. Non-refundable application fees are $75/person (anyone over 18 would be a lease holder), one time admin fee of $250 due at application. Income requirements: household must show proof of 3x the monthly rent. All leaseholders go through a 3rd party screening to check credit, criminal, and rental history.
