Dish washer, laundry hook ups in huge basement (great play area for kids). Walking distance from grocery store and Eat n Park restaurant. French doors on Livingroom for privacy, toilet or full bath on each floor except attic rooms. Must see. I dont participate with section 8. Owner pays water/sewage, tenant pays all other utilities. On street parking, I charge a $50.00 late fee if rent isnt paid by the 5th of each month. If arrangements have not been negotiated, I will post a 10 day notice on the 6th of the month. If proof of neuter or spay is provided, I will permit cats. Communication is critical, If you ignore my calls, I will assume there is a problem with payment. Lease is a 1 year lease then goes to month to month. Tenant is responsible for yard upkeep and snow and trash removal. I dont accept section 8
