Credit Requirement:
A credit report from a third-party agency. No history of unlawful detainer actions or evictions allowed. No collections related to rental history. Collections, outside of rental related collections, totaling $250 or more may be grounds for denial. Previous tenant screening reports not allowed.
Occupancy:
Occupancy strictly limited to approved tenants listed on lease. No more than 3 unrelated tenants, limited to a family of no more than 5. ABSOLUTELY no subleasing and/or separate renting of the downstairs unit. This property is rented in its entirety.
