    What's special

    Custom built ranch with lots of space. The open concept from the kitchen to living room is great. The doors on the main floor are all solid oak doors and cabinets. A natural fire place and large living room.The kitchen has GE range and frig and a whirlpool dishwasher and a garbage disposal. There are two patio doors that lead out to a huge composite deck. There is a 12x12 awning over kitchen patio door and dining patio door and the pool in the pic is 10 feet across. Laundry room is off the bath and functions well. The main bath is between the two bedrooms and hardwood floors thru halls and entry way. Bedroom two has built in oak bookshelf's that go floor to ceiling. Master bedroom is nice and large, with a king size bed in it , there is still lots of room. Master bath is a good size and looks like my grandmas, but works great. Moving downstairs the family room is finished with carpet and high quality ceiling grid tiles. The half bath is done in an man cave influence with high lites of beer and outdoors, and of course "The King" completes the look. Downstairs bedroom is about 80% complete and needs only a ceiling grid and paint, all electrical and lights are installed. The extra large back basement storage is a plus for sure. Foundation is a poured foundation. Other then that there is a fire pit with stone off the deck and makes for great nights and Port fireworks can be seen g from the front yard. It is a wonderful home that we just out grew. Oh ya this is a pet free smoke free home.
