Within a few steps of your front door, you will find a shaded playground, 2 tennis courts, a community pool (membership required), basketball court, huge open fields, a duck pond, fishing and so much more! This is our home that we would like to share with you while we travel. It would be a short term fully furnished rental all bills covered for 1-3 months with endless amenities as we are outdoor enthusiasts and love our home to feel more like a beach vacation. The home will be cleaned and prepared by a Covid-19 trained team. Home Details All bills paid fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath- 2 queen bedrooms with very comfortable memory foam topped matresses. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed and office set up currently, but feel free to ask if you need a different set up for this room. The living room, dining room and sun room each host 6-8 people comfortably and each boast their own perks of character that are sure to please. The kitchen includes a gas stove with 5 burners and a double oven with a dining set for up to 12 people. We are coffee connoisseurs so you will have access to a french press, pour over, drip coffee and espresso machine with quite a few Monin coffee flavor options as well;) You will not see a tv in the photos, but we do have a large 40+ inch smart tv on wheels that you may place where you would like. Endless Amenities - We have 4-7 different trail loops ranging a 1/2 mile - 5 miles we enjoy from our front door - kayak for 2 adults and one kid or dog - cruiser bike and bike attachment - indoor gas fireplace and outdoor wood burning fireplace great for s'mores year around - a large fenced backyard, wooden swing, sand pit, kiddie pool and corn hole - about 20 board games - great neighbors in a quiet neighborhood - The Brushy Creek Community center is a short drive down the road with a large weight room, work out classes, on-site childcare, rock wall, multiple sport courts and a garden patio - Cat Hollow Frisbee golf is one of our favorite courses in all of Austin and only about a mile down the road Location Easy access to Highway 35, Mopac and 45 toll. Park and ride into downtown utilizing the Lakeline or Howard rail stations only 10-15 minutes away. Our Cat Hollow neighborhood HEB and gas station is such a nice convenience for your shopping needs. For a nice destination stroll, walk to the gas station, food truck or my favorite, Sips coffee shop and bistro. I recommend their dirty chai latte and La Condessa sandwich. All applicants must apply on Zillow. No smoking anywhere on the property, well behaved dogs (no digging, chewing or obsessive barking allowed), well behaved children that will not damage the home decor. We would like to return with our house in the same condition we left it or better! This home is by no means perfect, it has a lot of character and is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts or families that have a driving sense of adventure!
