This is a ONE WEEK vacation timeshare rental at the Iron Blosam Condominium at Snowbird Utah. Check in is Saturday December 19th after 4:00PM. Checkout is Saturday December 26th by 10:00AM. This is a south efficiency. Room 320. Week 51. It sleeps 4 people in two queen Murphy type beds. It includes a full kitchen and all the amenities of the Iron Blosam Lodge. It has direct access to the outside and a view of the Snowbird ski mountain. Iron Blosam amenities include a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, workout room, game room, lobby area, restaurants, skiing at Snowbird (tickets purchased separately) and more. Reference ironblosam.net for more info. This is a timeshare unit at the fabulous Iron Blosam Lodge at Snowbird, Utah. The room number is 320. The rental period is ONE WEEK from 12/19/20 to 12/26/20. No other dates are available (from me anyway). A $600 deposit is due up front to hold the reservation. $300 of this deposit is non-refundable subject to terms below. The balance of $600 is due by 10/19/20. If the balance is not received by 10/19/20 the reservation will be cancelled and $600 deposit will not be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 10/19/20, 50% of the deposit ($300) will be refunded. Once under contract I will provide your information to the Iron Blosam Lodge showing you as the occupant for that week. I will then forward this info to you as added peace of mind that you are in fact "booked" for that week.
