Canyon view granny flat, studio + loft, casita A beautiful 500 sqft house that has high vaulted ceilings, its own private bathroom with shower, kitchen, and loft. It has a private entrance as well. Bright and Light with tall windows looking out into Ruffin Canyon. It was just re-modeled with new grey wood floors. There is a heater and an air conditioner. Also, one of the tall windows is on a hinge so you can open it up for a nice breeze from the canyon. You would be sharing the yard with my fiance and I. We live in the main house on the property. The backyard is very peaceful and private with a few fruit trees, a large deck and Finnish sauna. There is a private trail that allows us to hike straight from our backyard into the main canyon trail. There is a washer/dryer that you would be sharing with us. Parking is easy - you can park on the street. It's a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. I hope that you like dogs, since I've got a little one (picture included), however, since the place is freshly remodeled, and I already have a doggie, I'm not looking for someone else with a pet or companion animal. My dog loves people and he's very well mannered, but doesn't get along well with many other dogs or cats. I'm looking for someone who will appreciate living in this beautiful space, someone who is easy to get along with and responsible with good credit and a stable job. We don't share any walls so noise shouldn't be an issue. We are easy going. You would be welcome to have guests stay over, but if it is constant and another person is actually living with you - then the rent will need to reflect that 2 people are living there. I'd prefer to find 1 person for the whole space. The rent would be $1,900 + $100 utilities. For a couple, the rent would be an extra $400/month. I may be open to a pet/companion animal however I would need to meet them and see how they get along with my dog. Also, there would be animal rent of an extra $200/month Lease would be month to month - it'd be great to find someone looking to stay long term though. It can be as soon as Nov. 1st. Most importantly, I want to find someone that's the right fit.
