This house has been flooded multiple times. You can see that the water flows right into the lot from mission lane coming down the mountain. The house is also owned by an animal hoarder. The home was deplorable with garbage throughout the entire house which also had cats and dogs trapped in there while the owner wasnt even living in it and the animals were forced to live in their own urine and feces. The stench is permanently embedded into the very fabric of the house and is impossible to eradicate. It was absolutely criminal what the owner did to the house and the animals that were forced to live in unimaginable conditions. It was one of those you see on the news. The owner should have been prosecuted for animal cruelty.
