    Bedroom in spacious Pleasure Point house - $1475/month Please call me if interested to arrange a time to view or with questions. Looking for a roommate to split rent in a 2-bedroom house I'm leasing. Current lease runs through 8/31/25, so if interested you'd be added to the lease through then, month-to-month thereafter. Available immediately and looking for someone who is planning to be here at least 6 months. $1475/mth plus $100/mth fixed for all utilities (cable TV/internet, PGE, water, trash). The house is nice and spacious with tall ceilings and a lot of natural light (south facing windows and sky lights). Central location in Pleasure Point on 32nd near Portola Ave, a short walk or bike ride to East Cliff beaches. Ground level house with outdoor patio space. Detached garage is in the back of the lot with ample storage or parking, but I usually just park on the street as there is plenty of curb space. Bedroom is 12' x 11' with closet. About me: 44, work from home professional. I have a very friendly cat named Momo. I enjoy staying active via jogging, biking, or surfing, cooking at home, and I enjoy live music around town and drum circles. At home I am usually quiet, maybe some ambient music on during the day and some TV in the evening. I'm in the common area most of the day. I have a 13-year-old daughter who visits every other weekend and some holidays and breaks. When she visits, I let her have my room. (Note the room for rent is currently furnished. You can utilize the furniture, or we can move it to the garage as you desire.) If this sounds good to you, please call me and we'll arrange a time to meet for you to see the house. If we click and you like it, I'll put you in touch with the property manager who will run your background.
