AMAZING LOCATION THIS IS a four bedroom house for rent in the North Bottoms super close to the walk bridge to UNLs main campus. There is a huge backyard for off-street parking available off of the alley (For home football games... you can rent out the spots. The living room has recently had a new higher quality laminate floor installed (not pictured). It looks awesome! The only drawback to this place is that is only has one bathroom (however, for the price past renters have had no issues and its hard to find a place in this neighborhood this close to campus). These bedrooms are fairly large for the neighborhood. Heating is natural gas. It has central air. The cooking range is natural gas. It has a dishwasher. Note: The bathroom is shower only, no bathtub. The house is a no smoking house (But it does have a porch for those who would like to smoke). There is a pet deposit and a pet fee of $40 per month per pet. I do require a rental application and I check all references to include previous rental history, employment, criminal and credit histories. The deposit is equal to one months rent. The lease will end May 31, 2026 with the option of a year-to-year renewel there after. Most importantly, I provide free laundry (no coin-op) in the house. All I ask is for you to treat the machines gently with small loads and not let friends use them.
