You found it and it's affordable, which is even harder to find anymore. There's more too. Read on. Two houses away is a nice city park and shopping is literally minutes away. Separate gated backyard and a private rear patio area make it nice for barbecues and good times. The large master bedroom looks out into the patio area with a sliding glass door. Get yourself a hot tub and get naked! Morning coffee is great for You as the sun rises. The dining room exits out to the patio as well. The last tenants were here for 3 years and loved it. Beautiful high ceilings with beautiful wood beams. My favorite visual feature of this home is the overhead beams that give it real character. You don't see much of those anymore. Very low maintenance yard. We do expect you to keep it clean and weed free. The garage has shelving and light overhead storage over the separate utility room area. The utility room has the washer & dryer and a separate water heater. There is also a covered carport on the east side of the home to keep the sun & weather from ruining your cars paint job. We just added two mini-split A/C heaters to the home so you can have different heat/cool zones in each area. There's also a regular furnace and the home heats up quick. The owner just upgraded countertops, and I thought it was already nice. Paint is good and the home is all luxury vinyl plank so no carpets to worry about. This home is older and listed as a 3 bedroom, which it is, but you do walk thru one of the rooms to get to the other one. Perfect if all you really wanted was a 2 bedroom with an office. The rooms are all good size. The home comes with a large older Pioneer TV mounted on the wall or we can remove it if you prefer. It is not a smart TV but it works well and has good sound. High speed internet is available here and good cell phone reception too! Well-lit home. No dingy dark spaces. Check out the pictures. There is also some smaller RV and trailer parking for your toys, so you can eliminate your storage fees. Shopping and dining in Sparks and Spanish Springs. Plus, you can get anywhere in the Reno/Sparks area in about 15 minutes. Neighbors on one side have lived here for years and are completely remodeling their home. The other side is a quiet neighbor that I've never met or seen. He's been there for decades and stays indoors mostly from what I've been told. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. It's a great spot! NO HOA!! If this is what you're searching for, this is your place. It's located 1 blocks off of Pyramid & Greenbrae. IYKYK I'm guessing if you're still reading and still interested in this house, you have a vehicle you want to keep safe and maybe have been looking for a workshop but they're always overpriced. Well, call soon if you're the one. This place is for self sufficient and motivated people that are quite fine on their own and want the world to leave 'em the hell alone! This landlord wants the rent paid on time, all the time, every time and keep the property in good shape so he can rent it back up when you move on.
