The main floor has a kitchen, dining room and living room space. I am allergic to cats, so I cannot allow cats. I love dogs and would love for someone with a dog to live here! It is a great community for a dog and so close to the dog park! Lease would be 13 months and would start July 1st. Tenant is responsible for all utilities: water, BGE, and cable/internet. An ADT alarm system is included in the rent. Renters must also provide proof of rental insurance and good credit.
