This lot has everything you need for your rural home away from home. It has excellent road access, borders vast amounts of public land, and already has utilities! There is a 2014 Camper on site that is in excellent condition – and a Tiki Hut! The camper is not included at the current price and is subject to negotiation. It is tied into the septic system, water well, and electric during the summer. A 50-amp RV breaker box supplies power and is located next to the camper. In anticipation of a future cabin, there’s an extra septic hookup right in front of the camper. The Tiki hut is also wired with electric and is used as a bar for entertaining guests around the fire pit! There’s also room for storage of a UTV and other materials inside the Tiki Hut. This property is ready for your future house, cabin, or RV! Access to the property is excellent and suitable for just about any vehicle when weather conditions are good. Tamarack Lane is a gravel road that runs just shy of one mile off Pinkham Road to the entrance to the property. There are general restrictions and covenants included in the attachments and were written with the intent of preserving Tamarack Estates as a nice place to live. The HOA fee is for the primary purposes of maintaining the road systems and snow removal in the winter. The wildlife in this area is abundant – as well as the opportunities. Whether you are a hunter, fisherman, hiker, or photographer - Northwest Montana is a wild place and a sportsman’s paradise. Lake Koocanusa is about a 20-minute drive and holds a variety of sport fish including Kokanee Salmon, Ling and Kamloop Rainbows.
