We finished the attached garage into a nice family room with fireplace, then built a large 2.5 car detached garage. We have enjoyed the convenience of the location and wonderful neighborhood. This spring the yard will explode in beautiful colors with numerous flowering trees and perennials that you can enjoy from the screened porch.
