We are female professionals looking for a third female roommate for our three bedroom two bathroom apartment located at the Commons at Haynes Farm in Shrewsbury, MA. The apartment (newly renovated!) is located close to I-495, Route 9, and I-90. The Room: You will see an attached map of the unit (the open room is top left). The room has a walk in closet, two windows and a shared bath. It is not furnished. Amenities: IN UNIT laundry! Central AC/Heat, parking, outdoor pool (open seasonally), 24-hour fitness center, indoor basketball court and outdoor tennis courts. The Cost: We split up rent based on bedroom size (rent is paid automatically online by each of us). Total rent is $2,007 and your room will be $676. We end up paying an additional $100 each per month (average) which includes all utilities (except cable which we don't currently have) and "house needs" (meaning we buy laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. and then split it equally). Renters insurance is mandatory for the apartment complex. Other Info: The lease is for one year (7/26/15-7/25/16). Please no smoking and no pets. We look forward to hearing from you!
