It's a nice spacious house with a nice backyard (sq ft doesn't include backyard). Perfect for families who have pets. There is a big green space in front of the house that can be appreciated from the patio and several trails. There's a Soccer field at a walking distance from the house. They have beautiful fireworks for 4th of July and New Years Eve that can be appreciated from the house Tenant is responsible to pay all utilities from the house. The security deposit can be returned at the most a week after the stay. We're not participating with section 8.
