    Unique three duplexes one one lot. This provides the families with a private cul-de-sac and security not found in other duplex rentals. All 3br 2.5ba 2 car garages with backyards. The Owners had these unites built for long term rental income. See rent roll attached. Note the widened concrete driveway, recently installed all new roofs.
