The unit is very clean - we have never had bugs, mice, mold or other vermin. I own the unit and live onsite to fix things immediately. The unit is fully furnished, with a bed, couch, dining table, chairs, etc. We also have bedding, towels, cooking utensils (silverware, dishes, pots/pans, glasses, etc.), toaster, microwave, coffee maker. All utilities are included - water, gas, electric, trash, etc. We also include high speed internet and renter's insurance. We allow pets for no extra fee. Close to bus, downtown and I-25. Despite what many say about this neighborhood, we have never had any problems. All of our neighbors are friendly and we look out for each other. This is a 5 unit building with 2 one bedroom units available. The other tenants are me, a disabled gentleman, a young couple with a baby and 2 single working men. There are no drugs or partying on the premises. We have security cameras and lights up all over the property. There is off street parking and an on site coin washer/dryer/vending machine. This is even an appropriate unit for someone that lives in Colorado Springs and is willing to commute, as it is only 35-45 minutes away and there is very little traffic. I have 2 neighbors that do the commute to Fountain and the Springs. We are flexible on credit checks, as we understand that bad things happen to all of us. However, the rent is $1000 per month that must be paid before you move in - this will be prorated if you are moving in February. There is also a refundable security deposit that is $1000 that can be paid in 3 installments in your first 3 months here.
