So much potential! The roof is bad, and parts of the siding could use a painting, but overall the structure, size, and layout of the home are outstanding. We were super impressed with the functionality of this property! As a rental, the monthly income is $500, but that could be increased after some TLC maybe $625/month! There is a breaker box, all vinyl windows except 1 or 2, and a good furnace! The property is located in a good neighborhood, and it is close to the park.
