Tenant is responsible for replacing burnt out light bulbs. All other issues tenant will notify owner and owner will hire professional services for correcting. 6. Smoking. No smoking is allowed indoors. Smoking is allowed outside only. If smoking or evidence of smoking is found in the home then tenant will be billed for a professional cleaning service to remove odor or repair damaged upholstery. Vaping is allowed indoors. 7. Pet Policy. Up to 3 pets are allowed. No size or breed restrictions for dogs or cats. The neighborhood has several families with pets and small children so animals must be on leash when outside the house and not in the backyard at all times. Pets must not be destructive to home or furniture. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations (will ask for vet records). 8. Renters Insurance. Proof of renter's insurance will be required.
