    **Showing May 1st, available immediately following** Unique and updated turn-of-the-century farm house at the base of dollar mountain in Grant's Pass. Great neighborhood, great views and walking distance to downtown. Hardwood floors in dining room, has a sun room and a beautiful front porch (Kennedy Rockers included!) On the main level, enter from the porch into an entryway and then a spacious living room with nice new carpet. Off of the living room and near the porch is a small sun-room with french doors, and a half bath with updated finishes. The living room & dining room have light filtering curtains and really help with glare, privacy, etc. There are some nice period built-ins in the dining room. Kitchen is off the dining room and opens up to the back patio, great for BBQing! From the dining room, take the staircase up to three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The stairs and landing are nicely lit from an eastern facing operable window. With the exception of the bathroom, the upstairs is carpeted throughout with brand new carpet. There are some steps down into the bathroom and one of the bedrooms. Kind of different, but also charming and unique. The bedroom with the steps has built-ins as well. A double or queen bed would fit great. What might be considered the main bedroom has four windows with blinds and a ceiling fan. Very spacious. And finally, there is a small bedroom, great for bunk beds. Location is great, close to town but also at the base of the mountain. Deer are wandering through pretty regularly. Landscaping is purty decent. Maintenance is tenants responsibility unless major stuff needs to be done. Additional gardening is optional, up to you. There is one dedicated parking space and a storage unit. Also, plenty of street parking available. There is another unit attached, which has a very nice, and used as a short term rental. A hot tub on the back patio is for the STR but if there are no guests, may be used by tenant occasionally. Growing, trimming, processing, or distribution of cannabis is not allowed on the property. It is a residence and tenants may not operate a business here without explicit written consent by the owner. $1650 due at lease signing, pro-rated first month, rent due prior to move-in. $45 application fee (includes credit check) Tenant pays all utilities
