Hello! I am looking to sublet my apartment in Mt. Vernon. It would be available December 1st (lease ends May 31st). If you sign for the first week of December, $400 off first month's rent. (Start date negotiable!! But would like at the latest December 15th) Monthly rent in total is $1250 (which includes water and a parking spot). Internet and electricity are not included in rent. The apartment includes an in unit washer/dryer. The bathroom is right off the bedroom and includes a standing shower. Please message me for more information! Apartment is NOT furnished.
