Lots of young families in the neighborhood. If you have younger children (ages 2-12), they will fit right in! The community is almost complete as of February 2009 - they are finishing the last few houses. We live towards the rear of the community and it is nice and quiet! Community is well taken care of bad renters don't last long - the HOA (only $38/month) stays on top of the upkeep and look of the community.
