Renter is responsible for internet / cable and electricity. Absolutely NO Smoking inside the house. Small dog, only 1 and under 25#, allowed. Pet security deposit of $200 required. HOA fee is included in rent. Rental is for 1 year, negotiable, 6 months minimum. Tenant is responsible for normal upkeep of the house and furniture. There is a personal interview needed for association approval with a $100.00 fee prior to moving in. Background and credit check required.
