Recent upgrades to the property include a new septic system, all new plumbing and electrical, lighting, furniture, locally sourced pinewood finishes, and the addition of a full bathroom upstairs. Downtown Strawberry's restaurants, bars, and shops are just a few minutes car ride away with additional grocery store, gas, restaurants, and other necessary services located 10 minutes away in Pine or 20 minutes away in Payson. Employment: Minimum of 6 months at current job or steady self-employment with documentation. Credit Score: 650+ preferred. Below that may require a co-signer or higher deposit. Rental History: No evictions in the last 5 years. 2+ years of solid rental history with positive references. Criminal Background: No violent, property, or serious drug offenses within the past 7 years. ID Requirements: Government-issued photo ID and SSN or ITIN. All adults 18+ must apply. Occupancy: 2 persons per bedroom. Fees & Deposit: Non-refundable application fee per adult. Security deposit typically one month's rent. Pet Policy: Case-by-case approval. Pet fees and pet rent apply. No fees for verified service animals. Disqualifiers: False info, unverifiable income, or threatening behavior during the process.
