You would be able to park in the alley or in the street out front of the property. The garage is currently rented out by somebody else so it is not available to use. DATES AND TIMES OF SHOWINGS STILL TO BE DETERMINED. Renter is responsible for Trash Service, Utilities and Internet. Washer/Dryer are located inside the main house and shared. You will be provided with a key to the back door. Longer lease is possible but must be annual. Pets allowed. Ideally small dog or cat because the space is small.
