    FSBO. Contacted by seller to help facilitate transaction. Adding for comp purposes. Some comments from the appraisal: Two story, side by side duplex. The improvements in the units are identical to each other. Each unit contains two bedrooms, one bathroom, and storage room on the upper level and an entry, kitchen, living room and dining area on the first floor. Exterior amenities include an entry porch, and each unit has a deck, one is covered. The subject has a filtered view of the channel, mountains and town, best observed from the larger bedroom upstairs. The structure has a metal roof. The owner reports it was replaced about ten years ago. The owner reports the exterior was repainted about two summers ago. The exterior is in good condition. The windows were reportedly replaced about eight years ago. The owner reports some insulation was installed in the crawl space fairly recently and the sump pump was tied into the city sewer then they re-did the street.
