Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Please be conscious of our quiet neighbors. Quiet times are from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties and no smoking, please. Either of these house violations carries a $500 cost each. Note: There are two external security cameras on the property that only view the porch and driveway of the house. The driveway is shared with an elderly neighbor who does not own a vehicle and is only picked up and dropped off by family every now and then. The refrigerator is empty except for ic cube trays. Pets: Kindly keep pets off furniture. Please pick up after your pet. $20 per dropping fee will apply if not picked up. Also, there can be an additional pet cleaning fee if fur is on the furniture.
