Many children of varying ages in the neighborhood. Quiet road, great walking & biking paths. Easy commute to UIHC, Iowa City & Cedar Rapids. We're hoping to leave our really nice treadmill & olympic weight rack downstairs. Tenants will need to complete background & credit check. Regarding the layout - master BR is on the main floor, two bedrooms are upstairs, one bedroom is downstairs. Tenant responsible for utilities - water/gas/electric/internet. I have someone able to handle yard work & snow removal, this would be at additional cost. If tenant is able to perform the work we can provide a mower & snow blower.
