Nice place but utilities are expensive. The water bill is a mandatory $285 every 2 months. Electricity and gas are separate bills by 2 different companies. There are 2 separate HOA’s that continually hike rates and zero amenities, no golf pass, no club house, no pool, no gym. It’s also in a fire zone. You definitely pay a huge premium to live here.
