The King bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, while the two Queen bedrooms share a conveniently located restroom just outside their doors. On the main floor, you'll find the primary entrance, a cozy living room perfect for relaxation, a dining area for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen to meet all your culinary needs. The lower level provides an additional entrance through the garage and a second living room, offering extra space for unwinding or entertaining. During the fall, we take care of lawn maintenance and leaf removal to ensure the property remains pristine. In the winter months, snow removal will be the renter's responsibility, and we recommend using a four-wheel-drive vehicle for easier travel during snowy conditions.
