The extensive remodel includes the following: -Brand new flooring throughout apartment -Freshly painted -New doors and fixtures throughout the place -New kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and counter-tops Other notes/amenities on the property: -Expansive backyard and front yard -Refrigerator, oven/stove, and dishwasher included -Walking distance from Pasadena schools Here are some of the main things I'm looking for in a renter: 1. Someone who is reliable, and will get rent paid on time no questions asked. 2. Someone who is clean, and can respect the house as their own. 3. Someone who is looking to make this their home for the long-term, we can start with a 12 or 18 month lease. 4. Required to prove monthly income is 3x rent. I'm asking for $950/month in rent, this doesn't include utilities, cable/internet, etc... I can cover the utilities (electricity, water, gas) for an additional fee as I am currently doing right now with Unit A. I will consider a pet with a $500 pet deposit, and +$50/month fee.
