It includes a queen sized bed, SmartTV with stand, bedside tables with light, bookshelf, closet and ceiling fan with a pocket door into the bathroom with bathtub and exterior door to small flagstone patio. There is a living room with sofa, propane fireplace rug and SmartTV as well as a dining/work table space with a ceiling fan and a small fridge. There is a sliding glass door onto the front flagstone patio and a front door private entrance with keypad. The living space downstairs includes the shared washer/dryer. The kitchen is upstairs and shared with a large amount of cabinets, bar, full size fridge, propane stove, microwave and RO water filter at the kitchen sink. The house is solar with a gravel parking area. Standard Tennessee monthly lease includes utilities with 30 day notice to vacate. Can be extended more than a month. Agree to House Rules about property management including assistance with landscaping, wildlife encounters, only organic cleaning and pest control, no others on the property except on the lease without landlord approval, no guns, no pets, etc.
