Looking for 1,2 or 3 people (preferably 2 or 3 together for convenience sake). Perfect for students with an easy ten minute walk to campus. Large backyard with a lot of trees but space for games and activities. Long driveway with plenty of parking for residents and guests. 2 medium bedrooms and 1 small. 3 bathrooms with 3 showers. The first bedroom is large enough to accommodate a queen bed with a large closet and built in drawers. Second bedroom is also large enough to accommodate a queen bed with a normal sized closet. The third bedroom is smaller and is enough to fit a full bed and dresser. It has a stand alone clothes hanger and contains the washer and dryer in a small closet. 2 people have previously lived there and had plenty of room for their things as long as you don't have a ton of stuff. The third room is mostly for if a group of three is looking for a place and someone is okay with a smaller room. They will also receive a discount on rent and first dibs/full control of when laundry is available for use. All three rooms currently have beds (2 queens and a twin) that are available for use if you do not have one or do not feel like moving yours in. They will be removed if you have your own to bring so either way is no problem at all. Living room is fully furnished with a sectional couch, smaller couch, coffee table, 60" tv and sound bar. The whole room is wood flooring except for the kitchen which has recently added tile. Plenty of kitchen cupboard space for everyone. Fully stocked silverware, kitchen supplies, microwave, fridge with built in icemaker and dishwasher. The basement is finished and a good spot for having people over. There is a bedroom down there if someone prefers it but the basement can be cold in the winter. A space heater is down there if the person looking at the smaller room would prefer the basement. There is a projector in the basement for anyone to use as well as 3 futons for guests and viewing. This home is very much move in ready and is perfect for someone not looking to buy or move their own stuff. That being said, you are definitely welcome to bring whatever you would like of your own. There will be garage space available for storage if needed. There is also a sun room in the back and a brand new deck off of the front of the house. A little about myself. My name is Erik 29 year old male and I am the house manager. I am around whitewater about 2 days a week and sometimes less. My office is off the back of the kitchen and is isolated from the bedrooms with a separate entrance. I work with special needs people in home/overnight care so I am often in the milwaukee and madison area as well. I use the kitchen for cooking when I am there and minimal fridge space. Open to any gender combination living in the home as long as they are comfortable with me being there once in a while. I am very flexible and don't mind small parties. I like to keep the place relatively clean and am willing to help clean on fridays usually. I take care of all the mowing and yard work. Since I am around so often it is easy for me to take care of any issues that arise with the house whenever you let me know! I look forward to meeting and showing the place to any potential renters.
