Everything you need is within walking distance. What I love about the home Ours is a small, quiet, close-knit community, filled with people who care about their homes and each other. The lake is serene and relaxing, with fish to catch, and turtles, otters and many varieties of birds to watch. 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Mobile Home in Lakefront Mobile Home Park. Rent is $700 per month. Water, garbage and sewer are included in the rent. You are responsible for the electricity, which is through Duke Energy. Security Deposit is $400 - move-in special allows you to pay half the deposit at move-in and the other half spread over the 4 months following move-in. There is a $25 application fee, per adult. As a second move-in special, if you qualify to move in, the application fees will go toward the first month's rent. So, Total move-in cost would be $900.
