We have 1 room available in a 3 br / 2 bath apartment (2nd floor unit) on the Balboa peninsula. The place is located 1 house away from the boardwalk/sand, close to the Balboa pier. Fantastic location if you enjoy living walking distance to the beach. We are 2 college-educated males ages 32/36 and work full time, male or female welcome. When not working we like to lift weights, bike ride, play video games, and grab a few drinks on the weekends, etc. We usually share some chores like cleaning the common areas. The roommate you will share the bathroom with is very clean and respectful. The room is not furnished, but the rest of the house is. The room will be available on March 1st (possible earlier). Rent is $1450 a month + utilities (around $100). The room deposit is $1100. The lease is month to month. Amenities: Washer/dryer on site. Grill on the outdoor patio. 420 friendly but no hard drugs please. We have 1 parking spot in the driveway, also share a parking spot with the downstairs unit. There is also street parking available usually. There are many bars/restaurants walking distance or a short bike ride away.
