Looking for responsible person to be the fourth tenant in a very nice home, in a respectable neighborhood. Person will be expected to pay one fourth of electric, water, and cable bills. No pets please..we already have two very friendly, loving dogs and a cat. This is not a party house but we do like to try to keep a lively atmosphere. The neighborhood has its own pool, skatepark, walking track, discgolf course, bmx track, baseball and soccer fields. It is also located 10 mins down the road from the local grocery store and swimming hole. We are an easy going couple and just looking for another easy going responsible person to help out with rent.
