This is a great, family-friendly neighborhood. It is not uncommon to see families playing tag or football and lilttle ones riding bikes on our way home from work in the evenings. The neighbors are caring and considerate, often volunteering to babysit or petsit. There is also great shopping very convenient in all directions (Pflugerville, Round Rock, and Austin). Timmerman Elementary has achieved an exemplary rating in the state accountability system (AEIS) for several consecutive years and has met Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) in the federal accountability system.
