    New roof
    Unit 917 and 919 are being sold together the whole building not individually. Prior owner had each side assigned separate tax parcel numbers with new legal as condominiums but this sale is for both sides together. Estimate of Rent is just for frame of reference there are no current tenants. Both units are 2 Bedrooms with one unit having 2 baths while the other has 1 bath. Appears to have had some updates like new roof, vinyl siding with some repairs needed, then some windows seem newer but all the finish framing was not totally completed. Property seems like it was in progress when owner gave up and quit working. There is no furnace or air for either side and electric may need attention. No power, be sure to take a flash light. Make sure you secure the property and lock all doors upon leaving.
