Welcome to Saguaro Forest 334, a beautiful, south-facing, 8,739 square foot, hill-top Italian Villa finished in mid-April. The home was built by esteemed builder RS Homes of Scottsdale. It was conceived and started by a couple as their ''Dream Home,'' and they didn't spare any expense anywhere in the home. A change in family situation has caused the owner to put the home on the market, creating a very rare opportunity for someone looking for a home that is: a) new, b) ready for immediate occupancy, c) of extremely high-quality, d) blessed with wonderful views and privacy, and e) equipped with features found in only the highest-end custom homes designed by people for their own, full-time use, not for resale as a spec home.
