The driveway fits 3 cars and thereâ??s room on the side of the house for a boat or small RV. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is great. ItÃ???Ã??Ã?¢??s a beautiful quiet culd-a-sac with lots of street room and wonderful neighbors. Very diverse, with age groups running from youngsters up to older retired couples. The neighborhood is in a perfect location in Santee. You couldnÃ???Ã??Ã?¢??t have closer access to the main highways (I-125 and I-52) without losing the peace and quiet of a small town. Also perfectly located to the City of Santee itself. The cross street dead ends to the soon to be completed Forester Creek renovation which will allow a scenic bike path into the heart of Santee and all the Shopping areas and also the Trolley!! Got kids? There are plenty of parks minutes away, not to mention Mission Trails Regional Park is also right down the road where you can Hike, Mountain Bike, Camp and even Rock Climb!! Church? ThereÃ???Ã??Ã?¢??s one right across the street!! Schools?? ThereÃ???Ã??Ã?¢??s an Elementary School that some of the kids walk to, since it is just a block and a half away from our street. Grossmont College is less then 2 miles away and so are the rest of the high schools and other education establishments! Santee is small and centrally located to everywhere in San Diego. There is always an event or fair being organized in the city to promote the community!! ThereÃ???Ã??Ã?¢??s so much more including the Santee Lakes, Drive in Theather, that the list could go on forever.
