The home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open concept living and Kitchen area. The Master bedroom features a king size bed, dual closets and an attached bathroom with dual sinks and a shower (with seating). There is a sliding door off the master giving you instant access to your private pool. The 2nd bedroom can be be used for work or for your family/friends. It has a desk and office chair, a bunk bed (twin on top and full on bottom) as well as a futon bed. Next to 2nd bedroom is full bath, with tub/shower combo. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home; gas stove, quality knife set, cookware, espresso machine, pressure cooker, rice cooker and a blender! The highlight of our home is the large yard with a massive pool where you can enjoy the expansive daytime views of Mount San Jacinto or take in the evening stars. Guests will be charged for gas usage during your stay. Our pool, hot tub and home water all come from natural mineral water, this natural spring water brings people from all around the world to Desert Hot Springs. House has high speed internet and a TV in the living room (YouTube TV Netflix, and Disney+). You have 1 Gig internet, so no issues with remote work or gaming! The community you are within features a full basketball court, tennis court, children's playground and has a community pool as well. For the golf enthusiast we are just minutes away from Mission Lakes Country Club where you can book public tee times up to 6 days in advance, highly rated course! Stair access only to pool, and long term stays only (30 days +). Month to Month lease only. $2500 security deposit, $500 extra for pet deposit. Monthly rent includes all furnishings and some utilities; electricity, water, trash included. Not included is gas, gas bill will be minimal for you ($50-70) unless you heat pool. Internet can be provided for $75 extra per month . Gardner and Pool maintenance also included in rent. We are centrally located within the valley, just 45 minutes from Joshua Tree, 30 minutes to Coachella Valley, and just 15 minutes from Palm Springs. Monthly rent is $3250, $2500 security deposit, $500 pet deposit (per pet). Monthly rent includes all furnishings and some utilities, (included; electricity, trash). Not included is gas, gas bill will be minimal for you ($50-70) unless you heat pool. Gardner and Pool maintenance also included in rent. Internet can be included for additional $75 per month. For rentals less than 60 days there will be a $200 cleaning fee.
