Unit comes fully furnished, all linens (beach towels are not included) and cost includes all utilities. Would be perfect for someone moving to the area and needing a few months to find a long-term rental or purchase a home. Property comes with 2 parking passes. Owner pays all utilities. Security deposit and first month's rent is due upon signing a lease. No smoking or incense is allowed in the condo.
