This small apartment is perfect for business or pleasure. All the furniture is top quality. The TV swivels so can be viewed by either sofa or the bed. There is a small table and chair for an office nook. The 3/4 bath has a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen is limited but still equipped with the basics: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hot plate and the usual small appliances (see pictures). The cupboards and drawers have plates, cups, glassware, and silverware. The shower is modern with glass door. The heat pump provides both heat and AC. Please call about availability. Application fee is $50 per adult. $56 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted but rental term is for less than 6 months, as this is a summer home. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit online, submitted the application and paid the fee.
