All utilities (including internet) are included in the monthly rent. NO SMOKING anywhere within the unit or on the balcony. Vaping ONLY is allowed on the balcony ONLY. There is a tandem parking space (fits up to 2 cars) in a secure gated parking garage. Pets are welcome but please let me know if you will be bringing a pet. There are many friendly dogs in the building! This is a quiet residential building with a lot of families and seniors. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep volume down after 10pm.
