The school district is Olentangy Local Schools. The amenities are great from the heated pool, workout room, game room, theater, office area, entertaining area and who doesn't love free Starbucks coffee! You'll love this place! This is a lease takeover for 4 months which is available August 1, 2019. The rent you would pay at $1,240 per month is much lower than the website lists at $1550-$1730. This is a first floor 2 bedroom unit with a patio that faces the pond. It also has hardwood throughout except the carpet in the master room. It is a prime spot at the Grand at Polaris.
