If you are moving into the area for a new job, you must provide proof of hiring and income information for your new job. This information will be verified. No FED activity (evictions) within the last 5 years. This includes late payments that resulted in a landlord taking legal action against you and then dismissing the case when payment was made prior to the court date. No bankruptcies or felonies. If any of the information that you provide is deemed to be false or misleading, your application will be terminated, and your application fee will be forfeited.
